RESEMBLED.

I read this book by John Green. You probably heard of it because actually a bestseller. The book pretty much talking about a girl who had a cancer. The book told me that what we have or what we feel it's just a side effect. Clever idea. I'm not going to rave the book, well maybe sometime, but not now. What i can tell you that, Green put a cynical sardonically words that actually the best and right way to describe how this world revolves around us.
As i might already admitted before, i am a human being with too many time of redemptions sessions, too much to think of everyday. But i'm okay with that, i live with those shitty ritual of having a big heavy thought everynight whenever i go to bed or whenever i brush my teeth. The world is really cruel sometimes and yes, we have to be cynical sometimes too.
Right, i dont know how to resemble my words again but thing is, now i'm on such a holiday. Holiday for real. I quit job and back to my old town. People might guessing why on earth i have to give up that such job. Well, its not always what it seemed but the main reason was my family. They want me to back home and it's okay for me to start the whole things again. I mean yeah, there are plenty of times to rebuild the lego house hehe
I kinda hate whenever i hear someone feel sorry about my job. Its okay for people to assumed that way but please dont complain me. I'm try to concentrate my eat-pray-love journey here. Focus! Heheh
So during this holiday for real, i spend most of the times reading and instagram blogging, or naps. I like being around the house but i ope this not going to go for long term because i basically a working person and my brain needs to accelerate bit much. But yeah, mean times just enjoy the slow life here, good foods, good friemds, nice boyfriend, good books, and grumpy loving family .

My sister told me that makeup thingy has been an absolute dope drugs for me. Well, I guess makeup is the new hobby, the new pink, the new cool to me. Heheh..
I'll share how I put my makeup recently. Lately, i found how to really use the makeup on my face properly with focusing on some spot and some product. This is important ladies! Please take some note. Dont overuse the product you basically dont need. If you dont have any blemish or bad dark circle spot under the eyes, or simply want to do a little daily make up, just please stay away from any foundation or that hell primer. Just please dont. On your very young age you just need a simply moisturizer, sunscreen, and powder. If you need to look full coverage for some occasion you might use them. I'm using BB Cream for instant glam and more full look but not on a daily use. Makeup is a two side of a blade. Its pretty but its chemical tho, so be wise.

Primer.
The key of looking flawlessly good all day long is time. Ha! yes time baby. So you basically have to settle layer by layer. After spray some Evian wait until the water runs dry then apply moisturizer. Wait for 5-10 mins then you can go on to the next step. I know it takes times but the result is just worth it. the list goes like this: evian - 6 mins - moisturizer - 8 mins - sunscreen - 10 mins - loose powder - 4 mins. You can add up BB Cream or foundation or mineral foundation in between moist and sunscreen. One tips: dont choose sunscreen with too much SPF (your not going to soak up the sun in the beach right, honey?) it will cause a major cakey and heavy look. Or you can choose sunscreen lotion or spray for light look. When you finish settled the primer you can go with the rest of the color of makeup.

Brush.
somebody please put Beyonce's Crazy in Love right now, because baby...I'm crazy in love with brusheeeesssss!!!! I might use the half of my powder pan due to overwhelming with the brush hahahah. Powder brush, foundation brush, and angled brush are my babies. The angled brush will make your eyeliner more feminine yet still edgy just perfect for weekdays in the office look.

The Colors.
Taupe, brown, and sands are my fave color palette. It suits perfectly on any outfit or my hijab. For the cheeks and bones and lips i only fit with two color: cherry red and tangerine! Not that i don't like the other color but i don't want to look 5 years older wearing a purple matte lipstick yuks :p For a juicy lip please remember that before you applying any lipstick of liptint, please remove all the dry cackled on the lips then apply lip balm wait for minutes then apply your favorite liptint then couple times later apply a bit lipbalm again. Finito!

So that's it. Keep it simple, fresh, flawless, and feminine.

Coldplay - Hurts Like Heaven

So how's life going on lately? Roller Coaster never tasted this damn good in the jolt and fear and screaming and happy and relief. Well, to be honest it is like roller coaster ride.

I have fear of the truth for such a long times, sometimes i have to fooling around and pretend that someday somewhen everything is going to work out by itself, but it's not. It is us, me, whom responsible to everything happen in my life. So i decided to open my eyes and see all the ups and down of the so called life coaster. Sometimes puke, sometimes tired, yet sometimes you'll be experience the best.. oh and yes, the best its yet to come. 

How many times we have in our lives to think about each time of happiness and each time of hurts? I bet its like the millionth stars up in the night skies. Countless. So whats the point anyway? Replaying the past its just act of a weakness, once said. But, that's the way our body survive right? Sometimes at night we like to reminiscing things happened in past. Bit regret bit smile but maybe we found relief knowing that the worse was over. I found my relief. The shit was way over and good things coming my way. 

I met my fellow friends by last weekend. Had a such a great great times! Nice foods (I had a Cream Dory Fish which was goood and cheesy and creamy), talking about things goes wrongs make fun of some people, catch some photos... All things makes me feel so blessed. Its a last day I'm on my current city, Bandung. Next time i'll be here as a fancy tourist: sleeping on the mid hotel room, woke up late, phoning every friends in town to gather up, and of course: foooooodssss!!!. Will be nice and nicer. Lately I'm so into food photography and Kinfolk! hahaha I really like the way Kinfolk shoot their foods and people. It's like a hipster magazine but not that kind of hipster you know? hahaha well anyway the photos can be found also in my instagram. 

I'm up for some plan during the rest of half year. Basically to back on school and taking some post graduate program. My brain needs some feeds. Yet again, I'm going to do my eat-love-pray travel. There's a sparks of excitement on my thumping pounding heart now, so well let's see and best of hope to all of the plan. Hope it'll pull through.

everytime I see the twosome it's always brings that kind of feeling.

I barely describe what's the feeling are but believe me, Carey and Marcus are my ideal

perfect couple. Both of them with all the classy folk style, taste of music (hell I love Mumford!!), and keeping all the keys to the ground that really makes me goes like "aaaaaaaaaaahh..." 

I like many couple but this one is like the folk version of Gwyneth Paltrow & Chris Martin.

I wish I found someone like Mumford and strolling together with some jamba juice hand in hand in West Village (oke break!hahahha)

this is the way i found what addiction was.

I'm all over instagram recently (as you can see on my right sidebar for the recent). The thing is, now in the modern days we dont need exactly a Canon to shoot a high photos or the Adobe to touch up the things. I love iTunes and i love the fact that they provides us tonsssss of easy to use application.

But dont fool me, photo and taste is two things that related. You can easily to capture some stuff, but, (there's always a 'but') the way you take it, the way you do those apps and put it all together are something very dependents with your...taste.

The way he just smile, the beards (hey whats up with beards -_- my Mom asked me why I always crushed on someone with beards lately...hahaha), the glasses, the preppy yet still managed to look manly!!

indie pop is something am not really getting into. I mean, I listen to like lots of music but sometimes
indie pop just out of reach because i cant find the catchy catch around my ear down to my heart
(sounds silly but still right? you stick with the sounds that stuck on ur mind and heart).

So, last time, I'm on my pal office and borrow his WiFi for downloading anything (literally anything because it just have crazy speed so i cant help myself being greedy hehe).
I listen some of songs on youtube and tangled on one of Emma's live perform on radio (covering Alt-J if not mistaken). She just bloooooowing out my mind with her voice and sounds.

I never like sneakers like I do to a pair of New Balance. My first NB was a gift from my Ex. 

He sneaked into my bedroom and put the box under my bad. Was romantic.

The rest is only pure adores to this shoes. I like Vans sometimes, but later I always came by a thought of having another NB than new pair of Vans (tho I want it somewhen) or Toms or Chuck Taylor.

The way we choose some brands somehow made me think that was one of the way we defines ourselves.

NB's perfectly fit on my feet yet somehow wrapped it all the outfit and put it all together. So I consider to have more pairs of them for running for walking for fun or for statement? hahaha

The Great Gatsby soundtrack

I mean the book its self its great. Classy Fitzgerald, men point of view. 

But what literally shock me the most that they came with idea of making the whole soundtrack not as 20's as the book itself. Lana Del Rey, Jay Z, Gotye, Florence + The Machine, Jack White, and Frank Ocean are some of the musicians in it. The tracks also great just remind me of the composition of Twilight Saga soundtrack's: good composition of line ups. So am pretty looking forward for the movie which is starring: Leonardo di Caprio, Carrey Mulligan, and Tobey McGuire.

its pretty sad that they dont actually a couple but whenever i see those "I Need Your Love" music vids, its just tooooooo sweet of both of them!!! It's like i know what they feel. And it reminds me that making a funny goony self video on our cellphone with our love its always a good idea of making memories heheh (being sloppy love) :p

i love seals they are absolutely adorable!!!!! I remember when I'm with one of my Ex, I used to be a seal or just simply sea otter hahahah silly, they are cute and i love how they make a sounds!

Mamegoma is San-X based character that has many versions of colors. But i like the white and grey one sooo cute. I hope i have one of the doll and make them a cushion pillow. Kawaiiiiii!!

it's a dutch novel from Herman Koch which i currently reading, talking about the happy family and the not so happy family, Lohman's, and some menus on the table. I think it's a good book (men point of view). Some of the line was to beautiful to quote.

I cant believe i just unlocked my twitter account hahaha it's not that important, but the reason why i decided to lock the account back then was cliche. I broke up with someone and i don't want him or else related digging on what i said. Very, very, very cliche. Now, after things happened this and that, i realize that twitter is one of the main problem or the main tool to be exact. It's just so annoying to know that some people can used what we said on twitter for wrong reason, or they just stalk everyone around. The worst part was, people often ricocheting fire tweet whenever they mad. Oh. My. God. Good. Lord. Unbelievably clicheeeeeeeh. Like whats the point of jerking around with your tweet. Ergh...

One of my friend BBM me in the morning bragging about her suspended twitter. I said that she can actually make the new one, but she's too sad. The only thing made her sad was: she can no longer stalk on twitter. RIGHT.

I decided to be less on twitter and more on blog or instagram. I have to admit that this is not that important, once again. But, for me, this is could be a major diff. So you can found me unlock now with less update or just simply instagram's link on my timeline.

And speaking of being cliche. I just think about makeup. It's weird, eh? Heheh one of my boy-friend said that he doesn't want to have a girlfriend who likes to put a makeup on. Hallo?? Hahahaha okey... I do crazy. Really really crazy about makeup. The brushes the shades whatever, but that doesn't mean I over do my makeup right? I always do it light and simple. The first time when i heard what he said, i just laugh it off instantly and tell him that "belum tentu yang cewe yang suka makeup itu gak bisa ngertiin elo, dan belum tentu juga cewe yang mau dorongin pespa elo itu bisa ngertiin elo kan?"

See? As simple like that right? The words don't judge a book by its damn cover its a triple damn true btw. I reconsidering the way i am looking at the people now. Sometimes its hard to see what someone really is just based on how they look how they act how they eat or how they put their shoes. Otherwise, i dont say that the look is completely wrong either. I'm just trying to getting real and rasional at the time.

The major diff of me is like i kinda individual at the moment. Its like that i dont have friends or so, its just because that i have to do things on my own. Friends is good the way it should be. Too far its loneliness and too close its a step closer to a mess and major trespassing on privacy. It's nice to have close friends to hang out with, well keep it that way for sometimes. That's better because i dont want to fucked up things again.

How about being cliche when we like someone? Telling him that the friendship is more important than a relationship? Or telling him that i'm not considering him as "the man"? Which one is more cliche? I think the friendship part win. Look, many girls out there been in the shit situation which they stuck on those "falling for your buddy". Its sucks sometimes knowing the truth that he might never say the damn word (if you know what i mean). Oh i know what's more cliche than that: just going with the flow. Thats pretty much i'm doing now. Survival.

Girls like to playing around with their closet (least, most of girls do that) not to mention: ME. Somewhen in one of my collage day, I used to daydreaming about having iPad with some polyvore app in it and everytime i creates some sets it'll appear on my closet the next day. Well, maybe thats just a dream anyway (now I have an iPad and Polyvore installed in it, so who knows the next wishing'll come true heheh) So, basically I have this obsession with parka. Its like between trench coat and wool thick jacket, like between men and women (sounds weird), like between spring and winter some stuff. Trench coat is tooooo ladylike (but maybe I'll buy it someday) and windbreakers is toooooo boyish. Parka is in the middle of them, they got shape they got style, they got function. Then again, I read some article about finding the right coat which said that, you better invest on something good and pricey. Not because the label the fancy (maybe this one is include) or else, it's about quality, yes? I remember that Burberry Prorsum is one of the best when it comes to coats and things, aaaaaaand I checked out they got like preeeeeeetttttyyyyy (hahah) nice parkas! I cant stop drooling over. But (i hate "but") it can cost you like SEBELAS JUTA for God sake in heaven. Glek! Or you can be lucky if you found one in some flea market or some thrift shop for like 90% half price bhahahaha (I should go to Gedebage right now). 

Well, anyway the rest of the look its basically so me. I like myself wearing comfy maxi dress, esp. now when I'm already wearing hijab. The parka will going so well if I match it with some ombre maxi dress and some sandals. I dont really get into Versace but i thought i found nice piece there match with the dress and parka for like TUJU JUTA YAH (oke calm...) or we can substitute it with some Stradivarius sandal which waaaaaaaay more affordable heheh. Marc Jacobs will always be the gold dream watch and Anya Hindmarch is best for their clutches. So that was my perfect look for mmm I dont know.. I imagine me dating with someone on Ace Hardware, buy some lamp, sheets, and nice candle, and later on we'll have nice dinner for two. Ah!

Before you getting tired, i'll share my makeup routine. The routine is simple:

1. spray some evian (can make ur make up looks dewy and last for a day) 

2. put some moisturizer. I'm wearing doctor's moisturizer 

3. then, some sunblock (you can skip it at night) 

4. some BB Cream.I use The Body Shop BBC shade no.3 a bit tan at first you brush it (using real technique) but it will well blended eventually 

5. Put some eye primer before dab some powder.Guerlain meteorities its A-MUST-HAVE for me. NO DOUBT! 

6.you can go on to the lids, Naked 2 always been a preety rad makeup. Brown and taupe is a safe choice for me and in addition sometimes i pat some white color on my inner corner of the eye to make a bigger and fresh effect.

 7. rest its just wing your eyeliner (Bobbi Brown is tooo goood to be true) and some mascara 

8. just add some blush and match your lips with some tint (I'm a liptint worshiper) 

The rest its just a patch here and there. Thats a very basic makeup. I'm not using foundation because it's really heavy and it's just work on the special event. Bare face its good or at least not that bare but you know where you have to stand out whenever you playing makeup. I plan on buying some concealer cos lately i have some (serious) problem with dark cirlce :( maybe i'll go with Missha or The Body Shop.Oh, and for the mist and body butter, I'm crazier about coconut smell since i'm teenager heheh and i cant leave without spritz some coconut body mist! They always wondering what perfume I use on, because they says it realllyyy niceeee. Yes, nice and affordable. KACHING!*
